Shipping Delays and Customer Service.

Thank you for shopping with Ecstasy Crafts. In recent weeks we have been experiencing some delays in processing and shipping orders. We understand how this can be very frustrating for our customers. 

We are currently experiencing delays of up to 5-8 business days to ship orders. 

This is due to a combination of factors including increases in online sales and some delays in receiving shipments from our overseas partners as a result of COVID-19 and Brexit among other issues. This has caused a backlog in our warehouse that we are working to improve with new processes and the addition of new staff to help increase productivity.

Please note that wholesale orders are given priority and are picked and shipped as quickly as possible

We are doing our best to plan and implement new processes that will allow us to increase the speed with which orders are processed. In the meantime, we do ask for your patience with us as we are doing the best we can to ensure that your order is processed correctly and as quickly as possible.
